Great mood and energy. Trucking right along.
I've really figured out what I like to eat for lunch and dinner. At night I try to cook enough food for dinner and lunch the next day. This has been so helpful. It is really difficult to get two children ready and worry about packing food. Here's what I combine:
Frozen broccoli
Frozen green beans
Canned tomatoes with garlic, basil, and oregano
Dried onions
Garlic and herb seasoning
Salt to taste
3.5 oz of chicken or shrimp
*Put in a large microwaveable bowl. Heat 3-4 minutes.
*For an Asian version, I add Asian dressing (Walden Farms) instead of tomatoes.
*The Asian dressing is a great marinade for turkey breasts.
No woman wants to discuss her weight, much less on the World Wide Web. However, I had a hard time finding information online about the HC3 diet outside of the sellers' websites. So, here I am putting all self-esteem aside to help myself and hopefully others. I'm a 34-year-old, Caucasian, mother of 2, who is 5'6". I've successfully followed the Atkins diet for years, except for one fact. My weight always goes up. I'm hoping I can find more balance and success with NuMedica's HC3 Trim.

I was very hungry today. I did not like the way I prepared my lunch. I could not wait to get home and have a snack. But here I am, 4 days in, and nearly 10 lbs down. I can do this!

Day 3

Great energy level today! Today was my first day at work on hc3. The hardest part was going from breakfast to lunch. I'm going to try and work in an additional fruit and vegetable tomorrow. My friends commented on how healthy my lunch looked and how good it smelled. That was a nice reaction.

Did I really lose that much in one day? YES! Still hungry but I know it's going to take some getting used to especially after the 2 day binge. The hardest part is going to be feeling a little hungry. I think I can do this if the results continue.

Day 1

Today was hard as I was traveling with my family via plane and a short car ride. I was not prepared! I did not have enough snacks and spent the day rather hungry. I will not make the same mistake again. Iced tea with Stevia saves my life!
I measured myself in centimeters since it's easier to see small changes on my tape measure.
Arms: 31 cm (r) and 29 cm (l)
Waist: 97 cm
Thigh: 58.5 cm (r) and 60 cm (l)
Hips: 103 cm
