Fat Loading

Well, I may be the dumbest person alive for starting a diet during the holidays! However, fat loading on Thanksgiving was quite enjoyable. I have managed to gain 3 lbs during these two days so I think that's pretty good. My starting weight is 162.4 The hc3 drops tingle a little which I was not expecting but hopefully it will get better.
