No woman wants to discuss her weight, much less on the World Wide Web. However, I had a hard time finding information online about the HC3 diet outside of the sellers' websites. So, here I am putting all self-esteem aside to help myself and hopefully others.
I'm a 34-year-old, Caucasian, mother of 2, who is 5'6". I've successfully followed the Atkins diet for years, except for one fact. My weight always goes up. I'm hoping I can find more balance and success with NuMedica's HC3 Trim.

I am a little annoyed by the wall I have hit but as usual I think it is because I sm having difficulties going to the bathroom. I also think it is because I have very little
left to lose. I am ready for the next phase and a little exercise.
